Barnet Medieval Festival will be held at Lewis of London Ice Cream Farm, Fold Farm, Galley Lane, Barnet EN5 4RA. There are a number of ways of travelling to the Festival:
By shuttle bus: a free shuttle bus will travel from the back of The Spires shopping centre in Stapylton Road to the Festival every c.15 minutes from 10.30am to 5.30pm. Pre-booking is advised as spaces may be limited. Please book before 6pm on 5th June by e-mailing festivalbusbooking@yahoo.com stating name, number in group, day and approximate preferred departure time. Your booking will be acknowledged.
By car: plenty of free car parking is available on-site, including disabled parking and taxi drop-off. The Festival is a c.5 minute drive from M25/A1 (M) junction at South Mimms (M25 Junction 23, A1M junction 1). Take A1081 (St Albans Road) towards Barnet, turn right at roundabout into Trotters Bottom, then bear left into Galley Lane (avoiding ULEZ).
By bus: 107/614 to the Galley Lane stop in Wood Street, by The Arkley pub, then a c.20 minute walk (614 not on Sundays); 84B/263/307/384 to Barnet Hospital stop, then c.25 minute walk (84B not on Sundays).
On foot: 40 minute walk from The Spires using public footpaths from Byng Road to Galley Lane.
